Topple

Privacy policy

Effective 28 October 2026

The short version

Topple has no ads, no chat and no tracking. There are no accounts: no email, no password and no birth date.

On your phone

Your progress, streaks, stats and settings stay on your phone.

Leaderboards

Joining the leaderboards is optional. You pick a nickname and confirm you are 14 or over, and Topple gives your phone an anonymous player id.

We store that nickname, your results and the runs behind them, to rank you and to check scores are genuine, and the duels you send.

Usage data

Topple sends anonymous usage data and crash reports to PostHog, so we can see which features work and fix errors. They carry an anonymous id, never your nickname. Turn this off in Settings with “Share anonymous usage data”.

Topple+

Subscriptions are sold by Apple or Google and managed through RevenueCat, which tells us whether you have Topple+. We never see your card details.

Duel links

A duel link carries your run so a friend can race it. Anyone you send it to can open it.

Reminders and photos

The daily reminder is a notification your phone schedules itself, so nothing is sent to us. If you save a share card, Topple asks to add it to your Photos; it can’t see or read your library.

Contacting support

The support email is pre-filled with your app version, device type, languages and player id, so we can help. You can remove them before sending.

Deleting your data

Tap “Delete my leaderboard data” in Settings to remove your nickname, results and duels for good. Deleting the app removes everything on your phone. Questions: [email protected].

Changes and contact

We'll update the date above when this policy changes. Questions: [email protected].
