By using Topple you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The service

Topple is a daily word-tower game with duels, Blitz and an optional Topple+ subscription. The leaderboards are for players aged 14 and over, and nicknames must be appropriate.

We may change, improve or stop any part of the app.

Fair use

Use the app lawfully. Don't disrupt the service or its servers, use bots or scrapers, or reverse-engineer the app.

Purchases

Paid features are sold through the App Store and renew until you cancel in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.

No warranty

The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss from using it.
